I look myself in the mirror

The sky lies before me with a luminous reflection

A flock of cranes in the distance

The wind motions my existence

Covering the earth, I strike with each step

Landing one in front of the other, I take a deep breath

Letting gravity take me, I’m falling free

I find a way to soar in the absence of wings

Beneath lies Nirvana within me

I take flight and ascend toward the sun

But like a soul to ashes, I crash and burn.
